is a psychology degree online as good as a university?

im thinking about going to the school of psychology, but I am currently in school for dental hygiene. i was wondering if an online degree is as good as a university because they have no time to physically go to school. If so can someone tell me a good school i can enroll in online Please help!

I guess the online school will have the field experience and opportunities clinical practice for you. I suppose it depends on what you want to do with the title.
