Do employers frown upon online degrees or are as good as the degree of campus?

I'm going to get my nursing degree at a university I have to go to class everyday thinking, but I'm getting my fellow online psychology, meanwhile, until I can finish my studies in nursing. Do employers realize that you have an online degree?
