That universities offer a degree program in alternative medicine to go to school naturist?

That the universities that offer degrees naturopathy can go to school and become a naturist doctor? My friend is getting it from Coe College, is as pre-medicine, but in alternative medicine. I am looking for a real university (not online).

In North America, the term naturopathic physician is protected. And only a handful accredited college / university.
