I am planning to study GCSE biology with ICS (home distance learning), can I start the course anytime? ?

By anytime I mean can I start it next month if I am planning to take the exams june 2009? or does it have to be from this month?

Yes you can, however you have to register for your exams in March 2009 if you want to do them in June 2009 (check with ICS). So, I would start the course now if I were you, to allow me enough time to complete it by June and so that you may register for your exams on time.
