Are there best distance learning universities that offer quality bachelor?
Currently, no school level higher degrees are offering will only be completed through distance education. However, many state universities they are perfectly respectable doing. These schools are regionally accredited, less expensive than the "online degrees" offered by fly-by-night diploma mills and credits courses are universally accepted, and * * transferable from university to university.
