Can you take the CPA with an accounting degree online?

I am graduating with a double degree in accounting and finance from the University of Drake, who is well known. However, I have 30 hours to catch accoutning but I think an online degree through masters of the University of Phoenix Online accounting. Can I take the GPA or have to go to another institution for additional accounting credits. Please help. Thank you!
