accredited online engineering degree

Can anyone recommend an online university offering accredited ABET / Engineering distance?

I'm looking specifically for a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, not an Associate Degree. I only find the University of North Dakota, but very, very expensive!

Not yet, but Stony Brook University (SUNY) is working on getting your degree online electrical engineering degree program approved by the State Ed Dept. New York, after which it is hoped also obtain accreditation from ABET. They have been working on it for a while, and it seems that its adoption is expected to mid-2010 – maybe earlier. Classes can be taken so far on a non-registered and are significantly cheaper than UND. I have taken several classes, and have been very good (and very difficult). Good luck.
